Nima Dibazar
Artist and architect


Nima is a watercolour painter and architect based in Düsseldorf, Germany. His art is inspired by the everyday beauty of the people and places around him. Nima started his career as an architect in 2005 in his home town in Tabriz, in Iran where he established his own design studio with his best friend. Nima's design career expands from Dubai metro project to family houses in Manchester, Royal Shakespeare Theatre in England and London Gatwick Airport. After nearly twenty years of working as architect, Nima found his true passion for drawing and painting and now he works full-time as an artist and watercolour painter and shares his enthusiasm for this fascinating medium in courses and workshops in Germany and abroad.


His purpose is to help people integrate art into their daily lives by sketching and painting outdoors, enabling them to be more present, mindful and more connected to nature. Nima's ink drawings and watercolour paintings are now in private collections in Germany, England, Switzerland, Denmark, Canada and the US.
